The size is 15x10x8 with 2 handles that are 32” long with a 14” drop. It has 3 inside pockets for organization of small items and 2 large end pockets with a Velcro divider. I have changed this bag several times after making one for my grandson but I think I finally have it the way I want it. I made 2 large end pockets and I put Velcro in the center of the pocket so that 2 standard baby bottles can be placed in the end pocket and they will stay upright (or a water bottle) with the Velcro dividing the pocket, if you have wider bottles you can just leave the Velcro open. When the Velcro is open you have full use of the width of the end pockets.
